Suggest Treatment For Cervical Pain

what is the treatment for survical pain...my nani ma is suffering from it....she is 62 years old, weight is 75 approx....yesterday she felt dizzy and nauseated alot and the local doctor said that she is suffering from survical pain but she cannot even lift her face right now and is subjected to bed and is taking some rest she feels dizzy all the time is it survical pain or something else please recommend some tests....and some exercises or a solution for the problem
