Suggest Treatment For Cervical Spinal Stenosis

my mother is suffering from cervical spinal stenosis between the disc C4-C5 and C6-C7.the stenosis is very severe leaving only 6mm space in the cervical spine.Neurological disfunctions have not appeared in the body except for the neck pain.Doctor has advised for immediate surgery and i am not confident about what to do.we are here in saudi arabia working in a company.please give us your experienced advice on what to do.whether we should go abroad or you have more facilities there.please let us know about the complications and risks.we need some online advice.thank you for your cooperation.
