Suggest Treatment For Cervical Spondylosis

hi i m suffering from lose of balance in my body i done xrey of my neck doctor said there is gap in my neck cervical spondilayses and given me medicin of vertizac twice a day and also gemcal ds pls advice me i feel every time i loss my balance
