My My mom is dealing with a pain in the back of her head at the base of her skull. She was hospitalized in June and was told she had a cervical strain, given muscle relaxes and was released. The pain has never totally gone away and now it is as intense as it was in June.

Tablet Methylcobalamine once a day for one month
Also take muscle relaxant along with above tablet.
