Suggest Treatment For Cervicitis And Presence Of Atypical Cells In Cervix

i am 47 y old i have done hystrectomy 4 y back because of multiple fibriods causing severs menorrhagia i have 4 children now i have post coital bleeding but not with every coitus i have no any vaginal discharge i have done smear from cervix 2 times first one showed severe cervicitis and 2nd one showed atypical cells what is the cause and what can i do, thank you
