Hi,

A change in stool color of a formula-fed baby from green to yellow, sticky, and curd-like with gas and irritation around the anus may indicate a problem with digestion. Here are some suggestions for treatment:
* Check the formula: Make sure that the formula you are using is appropriate for your baby's age and weight, and that it has not expired. Also, consider switching to a different formula, such as a sensitive or lactose-free formula, if your baby is experiencing persistent symptoms.
* Adjust feeding technique: Try to avoid overfeeding your baby, as this can lead to digestive problems. Make sure your baby is feeding at an appropriate pace and is not gulping air while feeding. Also, try to keep your baby in an upright position during and after feeding to help reduce gas.
* Consider probiotics: Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that can help improve digestion and reduce symptoms such as gas and diarrhea. Ask your pediatrician about using probiotic drops or adding probiotic-rich foods to your baby's diet.
* Provide relief for irritation: Use a gentle, fragrance-free diaper cream to soothe the irritation around your baby's anus. Also, consider giving your baby a warm bath to help soothe the skin.
* Consult a pediatrician: If your baby's symptoms persist or worsen, or if you notice blood in your baby's stool or other concerning symptoms, consult your pediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.

Overall, a change in stool color in a formula-fed baby can indicate a problem with digestion. With appropriate treatment and care, you can help alleviate your baby's symptoms and improve their overall comfort and health.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
