Hi Chris!! You can stop the keloid from growing by applying a silicone containing cream like contratubex twice daily. Also you can consult a dermatologist and go for intralesional triamcinolone acetonide injections every 3 weeks which is a very effective treatment for keloids. This will surely help you.
