Hi
Welcomre to HCM
First of all left side chest pain should be taken seriously
I want to know the character of pain . Is it burning or pricking or squeezing in character ? Any sweating associated with chest pain ?
Kindly revert back with details .

As of your abdomen pain a normal ultrasound rules out most of serious problems.. I feel it could be a muscular pain may be due to faulty posture while working or sleeping. I advise you to correct your posture while working and sleeping. Also start doing some stretching exercise daily.
I find this answer helpful
