i am 13 years old, male, and i was playing sand vollyball today when i jumped backwards and hit the ball over the net... but i landed hard on my upper back.... its been about 3 hours and its hard to take a deep breathe and hurts when i swallow...i also have a lingering pain in my upper right chest..... i have no medical problems..... and i didnt hit my head....
