Suggest Treatment For Chest And Body Pain Along With Shortness Of Breath

I have chostochondritis and fibermialga. I have been having chest pain, shortness of breath, body pain, feeling of weakness for the past few days. I know that these are all symptoms of these two conditions, however, this morning I started having heart palpitations and while taking my pulse it felt like my heart skipped a few beats. I have also been feeling more tired than usual the last couple of days. Should I be worried about the palpitations considering my two conditions?

Hi,

As per your history is concerned you had Costochondritis and Fibromyalgia so nothing to be worried about those two things. So follow my advise as below:

1) Do full blood count with differential
2) Do ECG, ECHO and Stress test
3) Do chest X-ray
4) Correct Iron deficiency by injectable iron in 100 ml saline and take twice weekly

If above test report is normal you can take your past medication as usual.
