Suggest Treatment For Chest Discomfort And Breathing Trouble
More like uncomfortableness in the middle of my chest where the ribs meet.I am not having troubles breathing or doing anything it is just uncomfortable. Kinda feels like a lump there.I tried zantac but that does not make it go away. And it is always there for about the last week. I am still exercising and running.I feel okay but it is just there.

It can be esophagitis/muscle pull /duspepsia/ischemic problem. To get rid of the concern please get examined by a physician.
