Suggest Treatment For Chest Infection In A New Born Infant

Hi my niece is 2 days old, she had a lumber today and the indicative results show 8 cell count and 90% polymorphs , she has a chest infection they found on X-ray but haven t had final results and we are concerned about meningitis can you offer any advice please as the hospital is not giving information ?

it can be aspiration pnemonea. get examined byneonatologist before starting any treatment.can goforfurtherinvestigation on doctors advise. clinical examination is most important.
