Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain After Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

I m 38 yrs old, had a laparascopic hysterechtomy (robotic) last friday. today, day 5 has been a huge set back. I stilll have 15 pounds of fluid and gas in me and the gas pain in my chest is so uncomfortable. I feel like I might vomit or habe trouble breathing all the way in. Any suggestions?

I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you are having side effects of laparoscopic surgery.
The gas used in laparoscopic surgery is carbon dioxide. And if it is not properly managed then can cause carbon dioxide poisoning.
And in this condition patient have shortness of breath, abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea etc.
So immediately consult your doctor and get done arterial blood gas analysis to rule out carbon dioxide narcotics (toxicity).
Don't wait at home, rule out this first as if untreated, this can be fatal.
