Hi,

The symptoms can follow overexertion, weakness with osteoporosis, heart problem.

You should avoid stressful work, Take blood pressure medication (is advised by doctor), take healthy food, avoid smoking or alcohol, start regular physical exercises that suit you.

Get health checkups both physical & with needful investigations done to know the exact cause. Followed by needful advised & treatment. Consult a cardiac physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
