dear doctor, iam from tamil nadu ,cuddalore district, i have left chest pain over 12 inches top from the heart in a particular point, some times fresh blood in spootam taht is timely ocuured. my left hand too joint having some pain. pl.diagnoste my problem,

Are u a smoker and having fever besides your symptoms u tell. Most likely diagnosis in your case could be pneumonia/bronchogenic carcinoma/pulmonary tuberculosis/mitral stenosis. To evaluate further u should get your x ray chest,ecg,sputum examination done. Thank you
