General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

The raised eosinophils suggest allergy, raised total leucocyte count suggest secondary infection. Low neutrophil count, I am doubtful about. It needs to be done again. He needs X-ray (chest), allergy screening test, respiratory function test, sputum culture and sensitivity and a chest physician's advice. Please consult a chest physician for specific investigations and advice.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
