Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Cold Sensation In Arm

Hi there, I have endometriosis and have already had two laporoscopys and I m due in for another as the doctor thinks it has spread to my diaphram and possibly further up, my bladder is stuck to my stomach as a result of the endo and they are hoping to fix this as well,I am bleeding about 20+ days and even though my period has stopped I am getting heavy bleeding that may last for an hour or so and its thick heavy and red, I am also experiencing very bad chest pains on the left side (which is where I expereince the worst of my endo pain which is agonising at times) and a cold sensation down my left arm, it used to be only occassionally but now it is very frequent, I am waiting to see another specialist but I am concerned about the increase in pain within my chest and the cold sensation, is there any advice you could give me, I would very much appreciate!
