Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Difficult Breathing

I ate some chicken this afternoon and discovering a bone while chewing. however, i think i swallowed some of the bone, and about 5 minutes after i felt this funny pain in my chest. and it hurts when i breathe? It's been a few hrs now and has not settled. what shall i do

I can understand your concern.
You are afraid of aspiration of chicken bone in the lung.
For the diagnosis of aspiration of foreign body, bronchoscopy is must.
But in your case, I advice you to wait for 1-2 days more.
If you develop worsening of pain, cough, expectoration etc than get done broncoscopy.
But if you are not having any symptoms than no need to worry for aspiration.
Bronchoscopy will not only diagnose aspiration but it is helpful in removal of foreign body too.
So wait for 1-2 days and see for any worsening of symptoms.
