Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Headache

hello. My mother has been having chest pain, headaches, and then feeling hot at one moment and then cold at another. I ve been checking her temperature and it gets higher. She s in her late 30s. Please reply soon. She s the complete opposite of herself. I love her very much and i dont want anything bad to happen to her. thanks, Worried Daughter

First of all , don't worry , nothing will happen to your mom .

There are 2 issues in her .

1. High Temperature : 99% of the time high temperature is due to Infections , either bacterial or Viral. She needs to get certain tests to know what is causing infection in her . Get the following tests and revert back .

Complete Hemogram ,IgM typhi Dot , Smear for Malaria , Urine routine , LFT .

2. Chest Pain : We need to evaluate what is causing her chest pain , Chest Pain could be due to Hyper acidity , Muscular pain , Problems in Lungs , Neck or heart .
You need to consult your doctor and get EKG done to see if the problem is in heart or not .
Also if temperature is very high >103F then its better you admit her .

Kindly get the advised tests done and let me know what it comes .
