I am having throbbing migraines, chest/sternum tight, sharp pains. When I take deep breaths they get worse or when I am laying down. And when I stand/sit up my head throbs and hurts for multiple seconds. I an sorely sensitive on my scalp and kind of all over my body. That's all the pain I can currently recognize, I am 16 and female.

Hello!

I think that your symptoms may be related to anxiety and psychological stress.

I would like to know if your have been under pressure lately.

I recommend you to consult with your GP and perform some routine blood tests and a chest xray to exclude other causes.

If all the above mentioned tests result normal, I recommend you to consult with a psychiatrist.

Hope to have been helfpul!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
