General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what your son had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get his X-ray chest done along with baseline tests like a complete blood count and infection markers to rule out any chest infection or infection at the surgical site.

He needs to get a review of Pulmonologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
