Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Nausea

I HAD A MYOCARDIO INFARCTION JULY 2015,EJECTION WAS 25% BY DECEMBER I WAS 35% AND JUNE 2016 I WOKE TO SEVERE DIZZY,NAUSEA,CHEST PAIN AND FELT LIKE I WAS BEING POISONED AND ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL.EVERYTHING CAME BACK GREAT AND I WAS AT 50% EJECTION AND DOCTORS SAID I WAS BEING OVER MEDICATED SO I WAS PUT ON 12.5 MG METOPROLOL AND NOW I AM STILL BATTLING DIZZY AND TIRED AND BEEN CHECKED FOR JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING AND ANOTHER DOCTOR SAID ASK CARDIOLOGIST TO TAKE ME OFF METOPROLOL AS I DO NOT NEED IT. IS THIS CORRECT AND CAUSING MY PROBLEMS,I ALSO TAKE ANTORVASTATIN 20MG AND LISINOPRIL 5MG
