Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Pain In Food Pipe

Hi am getting chest pain from past few days and twice i felt there is a pain in my food pipe where was not able to lay down nor able to sit entiren8 i had this pain sometimes i get this pain while having food also and because of this pain am getting back pain also

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this could be hyperacidity and in my opinion this need to be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and Tab Domperidone 30 mg three times in day, this is nothing to worry and it would coma around, take care and have a nice day.
