Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath

Hello - I am a 60 yo female in relatively good health up until last week when I experienced 2 bouts of chest pain. On the second one I went to the ER - had blood work with normal trophonin levels x 2 and normal ECG s over a 4 hour period. Went today for a stress test - some dilation noted on the resting ECG which was stated as being at the top end of normal but I was very short of breath on the stress test. I have not been given the results of my stress test yet, but I am concerned about the issue of possible dilation - they did not say which chamber of my heart is dilated.

Hi. I can understand your concern.
Ideally 2d echo should also be done in your case. As it will give a clear picture about all the chambers and valves of the heart. If it is normal than no need to worry for heart diseases.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
