Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath

hi my boyfriend gets pain in his chest sometimes short of breath a pain in his left upper back,sometimes he getrs hot,hes contently tierd even after a good nights sleep.hes been in hospital twice and had a heart scan they told him his vessels were the wrong way round what dose this mean.
