Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Slight Breathlessness

I started having chest pain which had been continual for several hours. I know this is not my heart, but I am ready for it to stop. It is getting tighter and I am experiencing a little breathlessness. I am not sure that I need to use my nitro patch or an inhaler. This is different from both my asthma and CAD or angina. I am trying to make the right decision before I lie down for the night. Thank you

Hello. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
If you already know it is nothing to do with your heart, then it could to be related to acidity, anxiety, psychosomatic pain, hyperventilation or muscular problems. In any of the above case, proper diagnosis is required for further treatment. Stress and anxiety management should help if it is related to stress and anxiety.
Hope I have answered your query. You can contact me for treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand
