Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain, Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath While Having Bronchitis

2 days ago I went to ago local urgent care an i thought i could possabile have pneumonia but they did an x ray an said it was bronchitis which was good news an they did ekg results came back fine. But i am still haveing chest pain a feeling dizzy an shortness of breath what should i do ????? An also i do have an inhaler an the prescribed me antibiotic doxycycline monohydrate 100mg

It could be a part of bronchitis. Consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated. Antibiotics have to be started.
