Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain, Dizziness While Resting And Pain In Fingers

44 year old female, Non smoker generally heathy but with heart disease that runs in the family, my father died at 51 from heart failure and two of my brothers and one sister have had heart attacks in their late 40s. Their Arteries were blocked and needed stents and they had high cholestral all around 9.0. I have been having chest pains, dizziness, whilst resting or doing general housework for the last couple of weeks. Lasting upto 30 mins then goes away. 2/3 times a day. No nausea alittle stomach pain , pins and needles in my fingers only, mainly left hand but sometimes right. No shooting pains, no sweating. Very fatigued last few days sleeping 12 hours. Have been to my doctor did ECG that was ok, having blood tests next week and he wants me to go on a threadmill at the hospital. But all my siblings ECG said heart was fine and they had already had heart attacks. Should I be alittle concerned and go to A&E or wait for my forthcoming appointments.
