Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain, High Lipids, Low Vitamin D, And Lingering Joint Pain Post Dengue

Hi Doctor I am suffering mild pain in my chest inright side for a week. I have controlled hypertension(130/80, medicine osartil 50 and bisprolol 1.25) diabetes type 2(started taking nobesit medicine only a week, fasting 5.8, BAF 2 hours 10.53) I can climb stair, walks speedy feel no problem. But my lipid tg and LDL high, my crp is 0.5, trop-I is 13.20pg/ ml, S electrolysis normal, ESR normal, but my vitamin d level is only 16 (taking d surplus 40000 per wk for 4 months, earlier it was 7.9) . 3 weeks ago I was attacked with Dengi suffered only fever and jt pain. Now jt pain still remain. Chest P/A view reports say Bronchovascular markings are accentuated. I am taking esnomix m for this pain. Mild Chest pain remains standstill. I have no problem of short breath, sweating, movements. Only jt pain and chest pain. What I will do? Are my treatment okay? Please give proper suggestion to me
