Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain Near The Breast Bone After Injury

Hello. I fell down a week ago Saturday. The pain in my upper chest is just excruciating. I did get an xray and it did not show a crack. If i sneeze or cough it only get worse and has worsened since last Sat. I cant barely move. It is up high near my breast bone. I can not sleep or lay down for to long. Any suggestions? Thank you.
