General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think your problem is a muscle pain that comes as a result of the injury.
You may need to take anti-inflammatory drugs such advil or acetaminophen for pain relief.
Also put cold compresses on it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
