Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain When I Am Emotional

hello i'm 33 yo male having a chest pain half month now. my blood pressure is normal and ECG is normal but still i have chest pains sometimes upper left breast and center chest like a sharp pain that last in minutes and it will occure mostly when im angry, or emotionaly down. Now it worries me more im having a round red marks in my chest and in my left under arm near breast. thanks...

Thanks for your auestion in HCM. Since your ecg is normal cardiac cause is rule out. In my opinion you should also get done chest x ray for any infection in lung. Stess, tension, emotions all cause gastric acid secretion. So stress induced gastric ulcers are very common. Avoid stress, keep calm and take good antacids like pantoprazole or rabeprazole with prokinetic agents like levosulperide. Also avoid spicy and oily food.
