Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain While Breathing

I got punched in the chest extremely hard one day during army training and now two months later it still is painful to breath in all the way/take a deep breath and twist my chest. Should I get this looked at or should I just wait it out for possible hurt cartilage to heal?

I think if the pain still persists then its better to get an Xray chest done. Look for any fracture or an improper union. A cartilage fracture generally should heal within 2 months and should not be causing pain.
