Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain While Deep Breathing

All of a sudden last night I got sharp chest pain under my right breast, I went to bed and woke up and it's still there.The pain in my chest is mild until I breathe in and the deeper the breath The worse it gets and it radiates to my head with a deep breath as well. I am a healthy 23 yr old female I exercise regularly and eat healthy

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Noted you have chest pain while breathing ..

Here no other symptoms present......
But still chest x ray done to rule out for any respi cause if present....like bronchitis...
Auscultation and respi physical examination done and accordingly investigated....

If chest pain with sweating also present then ECG done for rule out cardiac cause if suspected...

Here if no respi and cardiac cause present then it simply seems to be musculoskeletal pain by heavy exercise...
Analgesic can be taken...
Avoid strenous activity....
Hot pad can be applied...
