Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain With History Of Asthma

I'm in my room, I'm in alot of pain, my chest and back feel like I'm being stabbed and I cannot breathe, I have a history of severe, uncontrollable asthma, and am completely uninsured which is why I haven't gone to a doctor or ER yet... is there anything I can do to alleviate the pain, and maybe breathe even a little better?
