Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

Hello Doctor, I noticed chest pain in the center of my chest in the pattern of a cross this morning when I move my head and neck downward. This is not usual for me I`ve never experienced any type of chest pain before. It`s also painful when I move my arms a certain way.

this pain seems to muscular not cardiac,take pain killer tablet paracetamol 625 mg,as it is by movement of urs ,cardiac is being ruled out
