Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

Was recently hospitalized for a pulmonary embolism after giving birth which broke into tiny clots and spread to both sides causing damage to my lungs a lil on both sides. I was sent home after 7 days in yhe hospital on heperin therapy with 7.5 warfarin once daily..few weeks later I started having some of the sane symtoms and went to ER to find that my INR had decreased to 1.8 and the doc wanted it above 2.0 they gave a shot of Lovenox and told me to take 10 mg for two days and then return to my regular dosage of 7.5 now a week or two later I am having really bad chest pain again with movement and sometimes when sitting still but this time no shortness of breath is this normal

HI
Well come to HCM
If your are regular in treatment and follow up so the symptom may not be due to the embolism again, but this could be due to something else. looking to your history this can not be taken as granted, even I say that this may not be embolism, still better to rule out this, right now the chest pain could be due to stress, or could be muscular pain, hope this information helps.
