Have had chest pressure pain tightness left sided for over an hour. Had bouts of shortness of breath early on. Took aspirin but still having pressure on left side. Dizziness and fatigue. Never had this happen before. Want to know if and when this should subside or when to seek medical attention. Laying down seems to help a little. 34 year old female obese but no other medical issues besides ovarian cysts that keep coming back to haunt me and phantom stomach and digestive issues.
