Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain,nausea And Fatigue

recent pains in chest, lasting 2 wks on and off. 3 days ago, worse than ever. nausea, extreme fatigue since that day. i have a friend that ran an E.K.G printed out anteriorlateral infarction. financially unable to got to specialist. have fibromyalgia . have also been considered for M.S in again unable to get proper test to confirm. my question. could these symptoms be from either of these other than the obvious..heart

if chest pain is increased on exertion and decreased on taking rest,associated with sweating or being radiated to left rm or shoulder or back ,its of heart origin,u need further evalution for heart attack
