Suggest Treatment For Child Having Cut In Back Of Throat

My 2 year old had a plastic hanger in her mouth and my 5 year old pulled it out. The baby must have had it pretty far back because the cut is in the way back of her throat. Its no longer bleeding. This was about 2 hours ago and shes now sleeping. I woke her up to put her in her own bed and she started to cry and acting like shes having a hard time swallowing. Does she need to go in?

child is not having bleeding .
but pain need brufen syrup 5 ml twice daily.
if she bleeds again u need to consult ENT surgeon.
