Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Anemia

my child is of 2 year old...from last 10 month he is anemic...i investigate all the causes but every test is normal including serum iron,g6pd,comb`s....by birth he was normal but before showing the sign of anemia he suffer from gastroenteritis...now what should i do
