Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Headache And Fever

My 3 year old little girl has had an intense headache for 3 days now, which wakes her from sleeping, she is excessively thirsty, not eating, and developed a fever yesterday. Giving her Tylenol and ib profen (rotating)... Which seems to help some but not completely. Suggestions? She has had headaches before for a day or so, I always thought it was dehydration since the episodes usually follow a day of activity...and leg cramps are sometimes involved.
