Suggest Treatment For Chills, Tingling Sensation At The Right Shoulder And Chronic Fatigue

I am feeling chilly and where I am is not cold. There is a tingling sensation running up and down the right scapula (shoulder), but there is no pain. I am not having a fever. I really feel weak and chronically fatigued. I really don t sleep much at nights. Just tell me what you think.
