Suggest Treatment For Chlamydia Infection Despite Taking Azithromycin
Why my chlamydia won’t go away I’m 21 and I have been seeing a discharge out of my penis for about 4 months now!,I told my wife that I was seeing the discharge and she went to std clinic to get tested!,the results came back stating that she have chlamydia..but because I live in Jamaica and it’s really hard to get tested for chlamydia I went to the doctor and told him I have chlamydia.. 1 He gave me 1500g of azithromycin!,1g for day 1 and 500g for day 2!but after a week the discharge wasn’t as much but it didn’t go away. 2 three weeks later I went back to the doctor and he gave me the 100g doxycycline to take 2 times a day for 10 days but that didn’t help the discharge at all.. 3 2 weeks later I went back and the doctor gave me metronidazole to take twice a day for 1 week but that still didn’t work 4 a month later I went back still seeing the discharge and the doctor gave me 2g of azithromycin,7 days of doxycycline,Fluconazole 100mg and nolicin 400mg for 2 weeks!!..the discharge have not stop because it seems like non of the pills work or I have another std!,I would love some advice because right now I just want to give up..anybody have a similar situation and what helped??

hi sir ....at the begining chalamydia is highly infectious disease and from your story you were prescribed medication that should be helpful but you dont feel better as it come again and again...before prescribing alternative medication something very important you must know...if you have the right medication for chlamydia and have sex with infected person you will be infected again and again....alternative drugs will be levofloxacin 500 mg tablet once daily for (7 -9)days....and take care about having sex with your partner...any one you have sex with must be cure of chlamydia.....as treatment not give you prophylaxis ..it just treat the existing case.....wish u healthy life..thanks for contacting us
