Suggest Treatment For Chocolate Cyst In Ovary And Endometriosis

Last month i was diagnosed with a right ovarian cyst measuring 6.8 cm.The report said it was a simple cyst with clear fluids.After 25 days due to severe period cramps we did another sonogram.Now the report says i ve a chocolate cyst in my right ovary and several small follicles in my left which implied PCOD and endometriosis.The doc asked us to go through surgery asap.We are confused.Should we seek third opinion?
