Suggest Treatment For Chondromalacia Patella

I am 35 years old. I have a pain in both the knee. I have consulted few doctors. The pain aggravates, when i do some execises involving the knees. I have taken MRI scan and Xray of the knees. MRI report is ok. Xray report says I have a disease named condro malacia patella. I understand that the problem is due to catilege. Please suggest a treatment?
