Suggest Treatment For Chronic IBS With White Strings In Stools And Frequent Bowel Movements

Hi I am a 42 year old female..suffering from IBS since I was 20..... Yesterday I had terrible stomach pain all day...I went to the bathroom and had white string in my stool....after that I went to the bathroom all night every 10 minutes, it was green liquid. I have not been well for a year....rashes, swelling body pain , fatigue.....I was diagnosed with connective tissue disease with myositis but have recently tested negative....
