Hello,

At such high level of blood pressure if you have no cardiac problem then you are very lucky. However, you are suggested to control your blood pressure initially by taking medicines you have been prescribed and then by dietary changes & healthy lifestyle. Do not get dependent on medicines unless necessary.

Cut on salt intake, avoid salty food. Stay away from stress & anxiety, it will trigger BP and may initiate cardiac problems. Many people are loosing jobs, it should not be an issue though its difficult to adjust without one. For anxiety you can consult a Counselor or psychiatrist, you may require anti anxiety medicines or antidepressants. Avoid alcohol or addictions if any. Take home made nourishing food.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
