Suggest Treatment For Chronic Back Pain While On Warfarin
Yes. I have not been feeling well lately and am trying to determine what may be causing that. Briefly, I have Diabetes II, I am on warfarin, I take hydrocodone for chronic back pain and I have severe year round allergies to pollen. There are also some kind of flu going around which may not be as severe in me as has been the case in the past but I don t know if that could be why I feel poorly. Symptomatically, I can excessively sweat periodically during the day, my stomach is queasy, I feel dizzy and weak often. These symptoms come and go and only laying down seems to help ~ until I again get up and try to be productive. I am a 71 year old female.

Suggest Treatment For Chronic Back Pain While On Warfarin
Hello, I think this chronic pain is due to the friction happening at the facet joints of the lumbar vertebrae. Try doing core stability exercise, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip muscle strengthening exercises, lower limb strengthening exercises. This should help reduce the pain by stabilizing the spinal column. Also, hot water fermentation will be good to reduce muscle spasm. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
