Suggest Treatment For Chronic Constant Chest Pain Apart From Shoulder Tenderness While Smoking Weed Recreationally

Hi, I’ve been having this constant chest pain since February, I do smoke weed recreationally and I starts out full and goes down to the arm, if I smoke heavy it just worsens, I get chest pains around the left side, and in the middle at times, I’m 28 years old I’ve had ekg and blood work done it’s all fine, seen my primary as well, idk if it’s chest inflammation or what. But the pain makes my shoulder tender, and really only have these symptoms when smoking marijuana
